It is believed that the pregnant woman who carries a possible "sabidudria" in her womb can look upon her face in the mirror during pregnancy and see death. For it is also Kuna belief that when a mother carries a sabiduria in her womb either she will die giving birth or the child will die during delivery. This mola represents the seeds of knowledge inherent in the sabiduria.
